Ltd. collects personal information from you in a variety of ways, including when you interact with us electronically or in person, when you access our software application and when we provide our services to you. Our AI-based travel app is not intended for individuals under the age of 15. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 15. Travel itineraries, destination searches, travel durations, attractions visited, and packing lists: This data will be retained for a period of 10 years from the date of collection to support the provision of our services and to assist users with their travel planning.
Gender and age of travelers: This data will be retained for a period of 10 years from the date of collection to understand the demographic trends of our users and to enhance the user experience.
Booking details such as flights, hotels, and taxis: This data will be retained for a period of 10 years from the date of collection to facilitate booking management, provide customer support, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
The data will be stored on secure servers located within Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By using our app, you consent to the transfer of information to Australia.
Upon the expiration of the retention period, or when the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, we will take steps to delete or anonymize the data in a manner that ensures that it cannot be reconstructed or read.

In the event of a data breach involving personal information collected by our AI-based travel app, we are committed to complying with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that there has been an eligible data breach, we will expeditiously assess the incident to determine if it is likely to result in serious harm to any affected individuals.
If we reasonably believe that an eligible data breach has occurred and that the breach is likely to result in serious harm to any affected individuals, we will notify the affected individuals as soon as practicable. The notification will include relevant details of the data breach, the kind of information involved, and recommended steps for affected individuals to take in response to the breach.

A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. We reserve the right to refuse to provide you with information that we hold about you, in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
