Packy AI is free to start, not fully free. The free plan has day one of the AI plan on every trip and the full toolkit on your first trip; Packy Pro costs US$4.95 a month or US$49.95 a year.

Yes. Both Packy Pro plans start with a 7-day free trial, you are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime.

### What does Packy Pro unlock?
Packy Pro plans every day of every trip, unlocks TikTok, Instagram and screenshot imports, tickets, packing lists and offline access on every trip, and adds Ask Packy for trip questions with sources.

## Planning a trip
### How does Packy AI plan a trip?
Enter one or more cities (dates are optional) and Packy AI builds a mapped day-by-day itinerary, with places checked against Google Places. You can then reorder, swap or add stops.

### Can Packy AI plan a multi-city trip?
Yes. Add several cities and Packy AI plans each stay and the travel between them, so the whole route is one itinerary.

### Can Packy AI turn TikTok or Instagram videos into an itinerary?
Yes. Paste a TikTok, Instagram or YouTube link, or upload a screenshot, and Packy AI reads the video, captions and on-screen text and adds each place to your trip.

### Can I copy another traveler’s itinerary?
Yes. Browse real itineraries other travelers took on Packy AI, copy one in a tap, and edit it to fit your dates and interests.

### Can I plan a trip with friends or family?
Yes. Invite people with a link to plan the same trip together, and share a travel journal family can follow during and after the trip.

### Does Packy AI make a packing list?
Yes. Packy AI builds a packing list from the trip’s weather, length and activities, split between cabin and hold bags with an estimated weight.

### Can I store tickets and bookings in Packy AI?
Yes. Upload flight, hotel, train and attraction bookings and Packy AI reads them and places them on the right day of your trip.

### Does Packy AI work offline?
In the iOS and Android apps, your tickets and packing list are saved on your phone so you can open them without signal.

### What is Ask Packy?
Ask Packy answers questions about your own trip, such as visas, weather and airport transfers, with sources. Free users get 2 questions; Packy Pro includes it.

## Compared with other apps
### How is Packy AI different from Wanderlog?
Wanderlog gives you a shared map to build a trip yourself; Packy AI builds the day-by-day itinerary for you and keeps the packing list, tickets and journal with the trip.

### How is Packy AI different from TripIt?
TripIt organizes bookings you already made. Packy AI plans what to do each day and also places your tickets on the right day.

### Why use Packy AI instead of ChatGPT to plan a trip?
